It was a beautiful drive along the Great Ocean Road. The first day found us driving through Geelong, Torquay, Lorne, Kennett River, Petticoat Creek to Apollo Bay. We were accompanied by quite a bit of traffic for most of the drive, but enjoyed the scenery, the little towns, the beaches, dolphins, etc.
Lunch at Anglesea, and time for play on the beach.
Views along the Great Ocean Road.
While it is hard to see in the picture, we stopped to watch dolphins play in the Ocean. A kayaker got a close up view as the dolphin pod spent time around his kayak.
And more Koalas. Our favorites from seeing them each day.
The beach at Apollo Bay!
But, it happens to be a little chilly, especially when you are eating ice cream.
