ICS Carnival
The ICS Carnival is a big fund raiser each fall, which is lots of fun. All 3 girls have loved the carnival all 4 years we have been here in Singapore. The last two years, we have run the prize booth, which has also been a lot of fun. Something to kid the big kids busy while the young ones play.
