Field Trip Day

Emily had a field trip to the new section of the Singapore Zoo where they have Panda Bears.  Quite an exciting trip - which thrilled our little Emily.  For her, any trip to see animals is a trip worth taking.

Jenna also went to the zoo this day, on a field trip with mom. 

Busy Jenna

Jenna has been busy lately.  Her budding social life is keeping mommy busy.

Below are pictures from her first birthday party she was invited to here in Singapore ... just for herself.  She was sooooooo excited, and wanted to dress up fancy.  So ... off to the party she went.

 The new smash hit at 5 year old birthday parties is the game to see how many socks you can put on.  Jenna won a prize from such a fast pace and exciting game.

After Bible Study Fellowship at IBC (International Baptist Church), Jenna is off to lunch with a friend.  They are drinking sugar cane juice with a pinch of lemon below.

ICS School Dance

ICS had a school dance for families of kids up to 5th grade.  We had heard that this was a lively event, so up we dressed and off we went.  Quite a night of fun (and dancing) - with lots of little kids.  I think the pictures will really tell the story more than I can put it in writing.

Yup - that's us dressed up.  Kristin, Emily and Jenna represent the 80's, Anna represents the 50's (in a homemade poodle skirt) and I represent no decade in particular.

 Believe it or not, the "Campbell Girls" won best dressed for the 80's decade.  Pretty funny.  The guy on the left won for the 70's.  He looked original. 

Addlea's Birthday

We got to celebrate Addlea's 23rd birthday here in Singapore.  The very large blue lizard is to remind her of her monitor lizard friend who tries to break into her window.  I'm not sure if she will sleep with this guy or not!!!

Small Happenings

It was a quiet week here in Singapore.  Today (May 1st) is a holiday, so we enjoyed a slow day of, mostly at the pool.  Here are just a couple pictures from our last week or so.

A walk, ride and rollerblading visit to West Coast Park on a beautiful Saturday morning. 

Emily's teacher had a birthday this week, so there was a nice celebration at school.  The class loves her, as you can see from the smiles.

One of Emily's classmates left this week, and Emily wrote this very nice goodbye letter to her.  Emily has such a sweet heart.

Dish washing ... and Jenna as a "helper".  She is more entertainment than help ... but she tries hard and is very willing.
