Brrrrr ... and other happenings

Brrrrrr, it is cold here today, and with a lovely fresh 5 inches (or so) of snow, we look (as well as feel) like the North Pole. Anna will miss at least two days of school because of either snow or the very cold temperatures (Thursday high of zero degrees). Here are a couple lovely pictures of the snow at our house.


Speaking of Anna, she was invited to a birthday party for this weekend ... by a boy from her kindergarten class. As I was talking with the mom of Jake, I mentioned that we hear alot about Jake at our house, and ... believe it or not ... she hears alot about Anna at her house. That sounds like trouble to me!!! Well - it made it even worse when I get off the phone and looked at Anna - and she starts to blush. I can't believe that my little 5 year old (almost 6 year old) is blushing because of a boy. I definately am not ready for this yet as a dad.


Jenna is moving around quite a bit on her own. I guess we can call this walking by her first birthday. She is more mobile at an earlier age than either of her sisters. We will try and post a video of her mobility soon.
