Wildlife in the City

Over the last several weeks, the girls have been analyzing the "footprints" left in the snow to determine who has been visiting our backyard. Of course, lots of birds, squirrels, etc. The girls have been convinced that there was a larger animal roaming our backyard, even though I didn't believe them. Well, this morning as I was working at the kitchen table ... here came our secret visitor - a coyote. I saw him several times this morning, and all the girls even had a chance to view him the last time he strolled through.
