ICS School Awards

On the last day of school, Kristin and I were invited to the award ceremony at ICS.  Our invitation did not tell us what award(s) or which child would be getting an award.  Boy, were we in for a surprise!

Emily received the Interpersonal Award for her section of 1st Grade.  We can hardly believe that our shy little girl is now known for her interpersonal skills.  Pretty amazing year for her.  Additionally, she received the Best Listener Award for her section of 1st Grade as well.  Way to go Emily!!!

 

 

 

Anna received the Spiritual Award for her section of 4th Grade.  Anna's teacher often told us how well she listened to her, was a good example for her classmates, and was a good friend to those who needed a friend.  Anna was very surprised, and very happy to receive this award.  She has worked hard this year, and we are very proud of her!  Way to go Anna!!!
